Terms and Conditions
By agreeing to contract Triangle Ink Ltd., you acknowledge and accept the company's terms and conditions as described below:
1. The services will be delivered as described in the contracting quote (or customer purchase order). The customer is responsible for providing accurate requirements to Triangle Ink Ltd. at the time of submitting a project. The customer assumes all responsibility for any problems or issues resulting from an incorrect quote (or customer purchase order).
2. The services will be delivered within the timeframe indicated and agreed to in the statement of work (or customer purchase order).
3. Services will only be completed for and delivered to the contracting party unless otherwise indicated in writing by the contracting party.
4. All services rendered must be paid no later than 30 days after the invoice date unless agreed otherwise in advance. Failure to meet this requirement may result in a termination of services by Triangle Ink Ltd. and subsequent action to retrieve arrears.
5. Triangle Ink Ltd. strives to provide complete satisfaction to our customers and strives to complete projects with a high degree of quality. However, we do not guarantee that projects will be error free.
The customer is responsible for reviewing projects upon completion and contacting Triangle Ink Ltd. should any errors be discovered. Complaints regarding the quality of the services rendered will only be accepted if indicated in writing and within seven (7) days of delivery.
Triangle Ink Ltd. is not obligated to refund the cost of the service in the case of issues with a project. We will, however, make every effort to correct any outstanding issues reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
6. Triangle Ink Ltd. is not liable for any damages related to our services.
7. Triangle Ink Ltd. is committed to providing a confidential service to our customers.
8. The customer retains sole copyright over all material submitted to Triangle Ink Ltd. for proofreading and editing. Where we have created written work for a customer, Triangle Ink Ltd. retains sole copyright and ownership over the material unless agreed in writing prior to the commencement of work.
9. Plagiarism and breach of copyright are taken very seriously by the staff at Triangle Ink Ltd. The company reserves the right to decline to work on material suspected to contain plagiarised content.
10. Information contained in customers' documents may include opinions which are not those of Triangle Ink Ltd. Triangle Ink Ltd. is not responsible or liable in relation to the use of any information contained in customer documents.
11. Triangle Ink Ltd. is not liable or responsible for service delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as technical problems including server or connection issues that are beyond our control. We will make every effort to meet deadlines and communicate with customers in the case of technical problems.
12. Triangle Ink Ltd. reserves the right to deny or refuse service to any customer or prospective customer for any reason, without explanation.
13. In the event of a customer violating any of the terms and conditions contained in this document, Triangle Ink Ltd. reserves the right to terminate all service and contractual obligations with the customer. Where a transaction is cancelled due to a breach of these terms and conditions, a refund will be offered to the customer of all money paid less any associated cost incurred by Triangle Ink Ltd.
14. Any questions or comments regarding these general terms must be presented in writing prior to the commencement of the contracted services.
